V/H/S/94 is a Shudder Original Film that marks the return of the infamous found footage anthology with segments from franchise alumni Simon Barrett (Séance) and Timo Tjahjanto (May the Devil Take You Too), as well as acclaimed directors Jennifer Reeder (Knives & Skin), Ryan Prows (Lowlife), and Chloe Okuno (Knives & Skin) (Slut). In V/H/S/94, a ruthless police swat squad raids a secluded warehouse after discovering a strange VHS video, only to find a dark cult complex whose library of pre-recorded content reveals a terrifying plot.

V/H/S, the first film in the series, was released in 2012 and is an American anthology horror film written and directed by Brad Miska and produced by Bloody Disgusting. Adam Wingard, David Bruckner, Ti West, Glenn McQuaid, Joe Swanberg, and the filmmaking group Radio Silence wrote and produced a series of found footage films.
The film inspired two sequels, V/H/S/2 and V/H/S: Viral, as well as a spin-off, Siren, and a Snapchat Snap Originals miniseries. V/H/S/94 was revealed as a relaunch in June 2024, with a release date of October 6, 2024. Shudder has purchased the film, which will be distributed exclusively on the streaming service.
